• A week and a half on a sailing yacht with an instructor is an ideal way to immediately consolidate the acquired theoretical knowledge in practice.
• During the training, cadets undergo both theoretical and practical training in the necessary disciplines: yacht design, sailing and engine control, mooring, navigation, pilotage, first aid, collision avoidance rules, emergency cases, charter organization, VHF, meteorology.
• At least 250 nautical miles along the Mediterranean coast and islands: more practice days = better prepared for a solo charter..

• Practical classes take place in the Mediterranean Sea - in Greece, Croatia, Turkey, and the Canary Islands.
• Complete immersion in yachting under the guidance of an experienced instructor: from acceptance/delivery of the yacht, to control of the vessel and working out non-standard situations.
• Every day, cadets carry out the necessary preparatory procedures on the yacht, control it, build routes and practice moorings and work with sails.
• The training program is structured so that each cadet can fully obtain and consolidate the necessary knowledge.
• Complete immersion in yachting under the guidance of an experienced instructor: from acceptance/delivery of the yacht, to control of the vessel and working out non-standard situations.

Licensing
• After the internship, all students take an exam and, if successful, will be able to obtain an ISSA Inshore Skipper license and an VHF ISSA Professional operator license.
• These licenses allow holders to rent and operate a yacht at any time of the day or night. The license has no expiration date and does not need to be renewed every few years.
